In all, 122 Iowa State faculty recieved promotions, including tenure, this spring.
The state Board of Regents approved tenure and faculty promotion requests for the 2024-25 academic year
at its April 25 meeting. lowa State's faculty list featured 66 cases: 24 requests for promotion to associate professor with tenure,
and 42 requests for promotion to full professor for previously tenured faculty. The list includes 31 women and 25 men across all seven colleges.
Last year, 75 lowa State faculty received a promotion and/or tenure.
